Information about delivery, return conditions, and refund process.
Pickup Bia reserves the right to refuse delivery if:
The recipient is under 18 years of age
Age cannot be verified upon request
The recipient appears intoxicated or unable to safely receive the product

Customers must report within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide product photos for processing.
If eligible for a refund, Pickup Bia will process it within 3–7 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
